We will report to the Board of Directors on any actions or activities undertaken that are covered by this policy. Any information provided by members of the Board of Directors, consultants, contractors, volunteers for monitoring purposes will be used only for these purposes, and will be dealt with in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018.
